INTENT TO COMPETE Deadline August 3, 2023- All Projects must be paid for and registered in order to compete.Link to submit through OpenWater portal will be emailed out on Monday, August 7, 2023. (NOTE: ABC New Orleans/Bayou will be using the OpenWater online portal this year for project submission).
