Spring 2027 - Applications

Registration: Registration for Spring 2027 open to all beginning November 3, 2026. Spring 2027 Orientation by Craft: (dates subject to change) Orientation - Electrical and Instrumentation - January 12 and 13 (Carpentry* and Pipefitting* - only on January 12) Welding Site and Craft Orientation - January 11-14 & 18-21 (Must be present all 8 days of orientation)
Electrical, Instrumentation, Carpentry* and Pipefitting * - classes start on January 18th or 19th
Welding Classes - January 25th (W100, W200, W250, W300 & W350) or 26th (W150)
* Denotes a class that will be offered if enough students register for the course.

Carpentry - 2 year program Electrical - 2 year program Instrumentation Tech - 2 year program Pipefitting - short program Welding - 2 year program All classes are two nights per week (6:00pm to 9:00pm) for 16 weeks per semester.

** Non-ABC New Orleans/Bayou Chapter Students will have to take prerequisite practical tests before being placed in the Welding Level 350 course.
