Assessment Policy


  • Tester information MUST be sent over to Debra Ebel via email or fax at least 24 hours prior to the tester's scheduled assessment time. If we do not receive the tester's information from the employer, the employee will be charged full price. Testing time MUST be confirmed with Debra 24 hours prior to testing.
  • Tests are non-refundable. If a tester does not show up or cancels their test, the company will still be invoiced for that tester.
  • If the Contractor is paying for their employee to test, the Contractor must provide the PO# or payment information upon scheduling the test.


  • Tests MUST be scheduled AT LEAST 24 hours in advance. At the time of scheduling the test, we will need your first and last name, social security number, employer name, and payment information.
  • Payment for testing is due at the time of scheduling the test. Payment must be in the form of a debit/credit card or a money order.
  • TESTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you do not show up or cancel your test, you will still be charged the full amount.
  • Testers MUST arrive on time. No one will be allowed in the testing lab after testing has already started.
  • Test rescheduling MUST be done at least one hour prior to your scheduled assessment time or money paid will be forfeited.
  • Tests may only be rescheduled twice before money paid is forfeited. This will be strictly enforced.
  • Testers MUST present valid photo identification the day of the test.
  • All test re-takes are at a charge rate equal to the original testing fee.
